Eva obtained a double master’s degree in Biological Chemistry from Johannes Kepler University (Austria) and the University of South Bohemia (Czech Republic) in 2017. Afterward, she joined Prof. Dr. Alexander Titz at the Helmholtz Institute for Pharmaceutical Research Saarland (Germany), where she worked as a PhD student and later as a postdoctoral fellow. Her research focused on the development of anti-virulence glycomimetic drugs against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. She was responsible for synthesizing novel compounds and evaluating them in vitro.

At SigutLabs, Eva works as a synthetic chemist and is responsible for synthesizing novel compounds, purifying them, and analyzing them using LCMS and NMR. She is a brilliant mind with biology overlap and varied experience.
