Ensuring the confidentiality of your data is our top priority from the very first moment. Typically, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before the first client meeting where relevant.

3. KICK-OFF

After the client accepts our offer, we're prepared to assist in scaling up your process or synthesizing your desired products on a large scale. We provide custom quantities ranging from 1 mg to 10 kg of the final product. We aim to identify efficient pathways that reduce reaction steps and purifications, ultimately saving time and costs.

Yes, you can pay by card or bank transfer. New customers are asked for advance payment. We send invoices on the same day as the shipment. We also offer invoice modifications for academic institutions, facilitating payment through grants.

Each package is meticulously packed. For temperature-sensitive compounds, we ensure shipping on dry ice. We rely on DHL service for worldwide shipments. Typically, packages arrive within 24 hours in the EU and within 48-72 hours elsewhere (subject to customs delays) and we provide a tracking number for every package.

Yes, our products are exclusively for research and development purposes. They cannot be used or sold for treating patients, animals, etc.
